Every role-play starts from a scenario spec. The spec says who the person is, what they care about, what they are holding back, what shuts them down, and what opens them up. An AI plays that person and stays in character, so Josh gets sharper when you lecture and slows down when you reflect what you hear.
The AI is your practice partner. It plays the other person and names the MI moves you made, such as open questions, reflections, and affirmations. A trainer is the authority on what good looks like. In a cohort, the trainer assigns practice, reads the role-plays you choose to send, and coaches them.
You can read the library before you start: all 12 fictional people are on the , and the explain each skill with example dialogue.
